Matchday Fever

Bolton Wanderers have added more firepower to their midfield, snapping up Ethan Erhahon from Lincoln City in a move designed to fuel their promotion push.

The 24-year-old Scottish midfielder has penned a four-year deal at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, joining for an undisclosed fee.

From Paisley to the Toughsheet

Erhahon, a product of St Mirren’s academy, made the switch to English football with Lincoln City in 2023. Just over a year later, he’s now part of Ian Evatt’s League One juggernaut-in-the-making.

He made 31 appearances in League One last season, chipping in with one assist—but it’s his composure, pressing power, and tidy distribution that’s got Bolton buzzing.

“Our ambitions match—now let’s go!”

Speaking after sealing the move, Erhahon couldn’t hide his excitement:

“I’m absolutely buzzing to be here. Bolton’s a massive club, and from the first conversation, I felt the ambition.

“We both want to reach the next level—and I want to help take this club as far as we can, together. I’m excited for what’s ahead.”

With the new season just around the corner, the Scotsman is itching to get started:

“The week will fly by now. I just want to get in, meet the lads, and get going.”

A Piece of the Promotion Puzzle?

Erhahon joins a Bolton side with big expectations and a squad stacked with quality. His arrival adds further depth and drive to a midfield already looking sharp—and he could prove a crucial cog in Wanderers’ promotion machine.
