Nottingham Forest have made a major summer splash, snapping up Swiss international winger Dan Ndoye from Bologna in a deal reportedly worth £34 million.
The 24-year-old arrives at the City Ground on a five-year contract, bringing firepower, flair, and Champions League pedigree to Nuno Espírito Santo’s evolving squad.
Who Is Dan Ndoye?
If you watched Bologna’s fairytale 2024/25 season, you’ll know the name. Ndoye was a standout in Serie A and Europe — scoring nine goals in 41 appearances and netting the decisive winner in the Coppa Italia final.
He didn’t just impress domestically. The jet-heeled winger also featured in all eight of Bologna’s Champions League clashes, showing he can perform under the bright lights and the big pressure.
With 22 senior caps for Switzerland, he brings international experience to a Forest side that’s building for the long term.

Speaking after the signing, a buzzing Ndoye told club media:
