Highly-rated striker Will Lankshear has joined Oxford United on loan for the 2025/26 campaign, as he looks to gain more valuable Championship experience.

The 20-year-old forward, who came through Tottenham Hotspur’s Academy after joining in August 2022, will spend the season with Oxford United as they continue their push in the Sky Bet Championship.

Lankshear made his competitive first-team debut for Spurs in October 2024, featuring in a UEFA Europa League group-stage victory over Ferencváros. He made three appearances in the competition, scoring his first senior goal in a dramatic league phase clash away at Galatasaray.

In total, the young striker has made six senior appearances for Tottenham across all competitions, with his performances in Europe marking him as one to watch.
